His career

His career takes shape at Dodin Bouffant in the heart of the French capital and Laurent in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. In a perpetual quest for renewal, life will lead him on a cruise liner where 2.500 guests will have to be fed lunch and dinner. Back in France, he worked for several years as a freelancer and decided to open his restaurant in 2002. The adventure of Mignardises then begins.
